Chris Corner from the Sneaker Pimps is Iamx, - at his third chapter here, - it's total patiné hard-core club-oriented music, epic and blasting through loud volumes and walls of electronic samples, with an after taste of self-satisfied decadence and teenage distress.
Hard drumming like Nine Inch Nails, high pitched vocals, - dangerously melodious, - synthpop partitures, - Think of England and I am Terrified look like meant to be dancefloor top hits - often going even too much superlative, while the unexpected waltz of The Stupid and the Proud is pleasantly and differently hypnotic, almost poetic (but please, no more god-is-dead songs, thank you).
Maybe this guy might be considered as a modern Ziggy Sturdust, but notwithstanding the undoubtful elegance and an enviable sound production which make this album perfect according the rules of its genre, once out of the related whole glam electro pop path all sounds too much déjà vu to be memorable, - You leave the disco behind and be back home.

++++++++
