Oh, I love Regina Spektor, although I'm not that fonded with her previous two records.. I'm pretty curious to hear her new album released this month, What We Saw from the Cheap Seats.
Personally I still prefer the "one-take-version" of Ne Me Quitte Pas (now re-titled as Don't Leave Me (Ne Me Quitte Pas)) which was featured on CDr Songs, that I bought one million thousand years ago on CDbaby: wait, I see they still sell it there, just check it out.. oh dear.. less caribbean than this new studio version for sure, I guess that's why I prefer the former version.. And I loved her '..paaAS!'.. anyway.. well, ms. Spektor is still that gifted (notwithstanding the major record-like production) and gorgeous as few.. the video is crazy. Did I tell I love her?
