I wanna take you down e i quattro ragazzacci russi sono una sinfonia garage revival.

I was in Mosca several years ago. Before Perestrojka, I got the shivers; and not only for the freezing temperatures of certain winters. To unfreeze, we have The Thunderbeats; exported from the Russian capital city, this 7'' released by Groovie Records may melt down that iceberg hit by Titanic.
I wanna take you down and our for big Russian guys are like a revival garage symphony. Guitar, bass, keys and drums make you touch the bottom like the best stolichnaya bottle, drunk all alone. It is highly flammable, handle with care.
The b-side is all for Confusion; the keyboard is like hypnotic, in a vortex you wake up from with a corrosive and strident voice, like a bucket of muriatic acid. Ready for heavy rotation until you end dead tired. It is a real pity it is only a two track thing. And if You are not satistfied, let us suggest you to grab their LP out for our local Teen Sound Records.
