Andy Warhol paints Debbie Harry on an Amiga
Amiga product launch press conference in 1985
Andy Warhol and Debbie Harry of Blondie (i know You knew that) took part somehow to the initial successful of Commodore Amiga product launch: You will see an ironic Warhol using a mouse-driven graphical
interface, sort of primitive photoshop, editing a snapshot of ms. Harry.
There's an exhaustive hystory of Amiga's genesis and fall online, divided in 4 parts, - not for geeks only, - • Part 1: Genesis • Part 2: The birth of Amiga • Part 3: First prototype, very interesting, - especially the parenthesis of 6502 chip (looks like this chip changed everything in technology).
- As regards me, memories of my Amiga-childhood took me back to several inescapable car accidents playing Stunt Car Race at friends of mine's house, - personally, i've never been able to finish a race..
