rec decide di pubblicare un ep con 4 remix, curati da Apparat,
TelefonTelAviv, Lawrence
e Turner, - underground
di talento per l'elettronica. L'ep tra l'altro può anche arrivare
gratuitamente con ogni acquisto dal catalogo dell'etichetta. Fading
Away ha due reprise, dove la dolce voce di Kaye sulla versione
Apparat è inquadrata
nella tensione di un'elettrostatica con batteria bruciata e cello
da tastiera. Pioggia di samples laptop, altro stile di voce creato
dall'attento remix, e atmosfera + gentile invece nella versione TelefonTelAviv,
dove l'aria si traduce + notturna e pacata. Everything is Not
Alright diventa invece con Lawrence
un pezzo semi dance da club, - molto sofisticato nella sua malinconia,
- mentre No.4 si crogiola + nell'aumento del candezare dei
beat aumentando la velocità. - Un'ottimo ep.

Christophe Stoll, aka Nitrada, past year released the excellent album We Don't Know Why But We Do It, perfect balance of electronic Music and groovy shoegaze, featuring also guests as Jukka Reverberi (gtr on Start Today and Fading Away), Corrado Nuccini (gtr on No.4), Francesco Cantone (vocals on The Only Solution), Kaye Brewster (sings on Fading Away) and Sophie Schwabe (voice on Like a Souvenir). Now, 2nd rec just released an ep with 4 remixes, cared by Apparat, TelefonTelAviv, Lawrence and Turner, talented names for underground electronic scene. - By the way, this ep can also come for free together with any other item from label's catalogue. Fading Away is with two reprises, where sweet Kaye's voice on Apparat version, is framed into tension of an electro-static field, with breakbeats and cello from a keyb. Rain of laptop samples, and different style created with the vocals (a great production in remixing!), and a more gentle atmopshere comes with TelefonTelAviv version, where air is more nocturnal and quiet. Everything is Not Alright, thanks to Lawrence, becomes kind of half-dance club hit, - sophisticated with its melancholy, - while No.4 is strong of a crescendo of faster beat and pop hint. - Nice tunes indeed.
