9 nuovi. Dopo I am You Are (2001) e Funny Creature Lane
Poi l'accellerata di I do
dream You (download
i sogni di Circle of Sorrow e The Garden,
In italia disponibile tramite
Audioglobe. - Aggiungo: ottimi, questa è una perla, echeccazzo!

No jokes, Jennifer Gentle really signed under epic Seattle Subpop rec, leaving from Padova, north italy; first italians stepping onto the Moon, - in somehow. And about trips, Jennifer Gentle, have brand new nine ones. After previous I am You Are (2001) and Funny Creature Lane (2oo2), They left the cellar for recording in a proper studio, and now in two, Marco Fasolo (guitars and vocals) together with drummer Alessio Gastaldello gave the best to Their own fertile eccentricity calling 6o's psychedelic Music, shouldered by an excellent production. Accompanied with alarm clock tick-tac, cello, organ (great!) stolen from the flower_power Age, dream-like riffs, acoustic harmonies, and saturation instead of distortions, this album alternates kind of cathartic maturity with dementia dear to Alice's Mad Tea Party along fastest tracks. Opening piece, Universal Daughter, enters with drunken step, like a promenade by jumping on feet, Marco sings like a 2o years old man. Then everything speeds up with I do dream You (download for free from Subpop), full of claps and quick guitars; track2, sounds like the Act of Dressing Sleepy Your Pijama, with xylofono and drums with delay effect. Then You are at bed, and dreams bring You in a wood where Marco is whispering softly through Circle of Sorrow and The Garden, together with a female-spirit of there (present until track9) gently chorusing. Song divided in two suites, interrupted by the chaos of an instrumental-earthquake, a free touch of everything making a sound inside the studio, between Wyatt e Syd Barrett experience. Nothing Make Sense, closing track, is a perfect song, brilliant as well as crazy, amongst adolescential laughs, boring sundays and runs. You can dance, but You can also listen to this album quietly reading a book, having a cup of tea and sun. - I mean, excellent, this album is a gem!
