From Scratch,
Quindi sono state scelte
8 tracce, con pacca sulla schiena di altre sette offerte inedite_illibate_linde
da Bandz Note, - 'affini allo spirito dell'etichetta'. Aprono
i Jealousy
Party, completamente folli e assurdi, nell'acid jazz schizzato
(fantastico!); altrettanto free jazz dànno segni d'isterismo
eclettico Zu,
i già koma_acclamati Freetto
Meesto, o la meteora x Zighi
Zog Bau, - per poi scivolare in scordinato e talentuoso guitar
jazz con Tanake,
Twig Infection
in matrice Unwound
e Slope.
I To The Ansaphone,
tra new e nowave (Erase/Errata potrebbero trovarli affini?)
a suonare, - i Cods
Rouge che coverizza sommessamente Be Your Dog. - Cd a 9
euro!

It's hard to spread samplers/compilations, especially in italy for Indies, and it's also hard to talk about a new release, because usually one song is not enough. Anyway, as trying to find an answer about how many folks will buy it/what can i write about it? it's already time for a brand new From Scratch rec's work: last year the label set a recording studio in a old house in Toscana country, and gave the chance to some Bands to record everything they wanted to, - so You find here best eight episodes, togheter with seven unreleased tracks from less unknown Bands for our local indie scene. First play is for Jealousy Party, completly mad and absurde, whether as regards schizoid acid-jazz stained with electronics, whether lyrics (in italian), a brilliant monologue, bringing memories of famous early '900 actor Ettore Petrolini; as many signs of eclectic hysterical free jazz coming from Zu, or else, our koma_beloved Freetto Meesto, or meteor improvisation Zighi Zog Bau, - then sounds slide on free and talented guitar jazz with Tanake, Twig Infection in matrix Unwound (excellent with Warso & Ubervixen!); postrock echoes with Miranda (reviewed on some koma's ago), then Uber in loser key, or Can-d and Slope in a noisy one. Track 2 is for To The Ansaphone, between new_ and no_wave (You'd well love Them if You already appreciate Erase/Errata), - and then instrumental math with two bass guitars with Appaloosa. Outsiders, Ronin, exploit of Past sounds (and instruments) coming from Sicily, the Cods, classic rock noise, sung in italian, and then L'Enfance Rouge, covering Be Your Dog. - 9 euro for this CD!
