Sometimes unrecognizable (Fog Dancers - Studio Barnhus' version - Hurt Little Birds - obscure and gelid bliss-out remix by Popnoname), often highly danceable (Only for tonight - DisRelatedKin's bouncing remix, When the night is over - Clara Moto), and even outstanding (Dance Closer, blessed and digitally burnt by Nathan Fake, - and Feelings, literally touch by Harald Björk), - their known folk-pop key is under the door mat of a disco club.
Their melodies are like suspended into a renewed dream-like framework, ethereally dark and experimentally trip-hop, anyway, melancholically glitch and techno, Piroth's gentle and emotional trademark is still vivid, hidden in a blanket of dancefloor rhythmics previously beyond suspicion. I love it.
