Okay, this is a story. A story about a tribute compilation for Kiss, where Dinosaur Jr were chosen instead of The Melvins, performing the same song, Goin' Blind [Sung by Simmons, "Goin' Blind" is the band's first ballad. The lyrics are about a 93-year-old man's agonized attempt to communicate with a 16-year-old girl. - cfr], and of how Melvins' slowed-down version (feat. on Houdini) inspired Kiss to performing live probably for the very first time.. then, it's about Gene Simmons, appreciating so much that version, to end up asking to the Melvins to perform together Goin' Blind live when they were the opening act for Primus, and then not showing in time on stage, because the key of Gene's dressing room got lost, that dressing room where it was stored his own bass, and of how Gene opened it with some good Taekwondo
The Melvins used to play Goin' Blind since 1987, as released on their 1991 split disc with Mudhoney.. or even earlier, 1986.
That lovely.

And then, play it again, and again
